In recent times, Ubisoft has successfully published several acknowledged games. The coming years, starting from 2024, aim to continue this successful streak. There are rumors of Ubisoft planning a large scale event, Ubisoft Forward, around May, where the details of future projects will be unveiled.
Ubisoft’s recent earnings report revealed plans to disclose most of their 2024-25 fiscal year plan in May. The plan till March 2025 includes the latest information about the Star Wars Outlaws and the Assassin’s Creed game based in Japan, codenamed as “Red.” Other reveals will include free mobile games such as The Division Resurgence and Rainbow Six Mobile. The latter is set to release after a delay of two years.
Outlaws, an expected open-world Star Wars game, is likely to be released later this year. Assassin’s Creed Red, or its official name if different, is expected to be launched before April 2025.
There might be some updates about XDefiant soon as well. Ubisoft anticipates a “limited contribution from XDefiant” to its revenue this quarter indicating the possible release of the free tactical shooting game. Ubisoft is also ready to release Skull and Bones next week, which has experienced many delays in its release schedule.
